What should I do if I need to file a Claim?

If you have an automobile claim...

  1. Remain at the scene and do not discuss fault with the other driver(s).
  2. Call the police to report the accident
  3. Exchange information with the other driver(s). Be sure to obtain the other driver's insurance information, name, address, and vehicle info.
  4. Call our office as soon as possible to report the accident. If the accident happens after normal business hours, you may call the insurance company claims office. Many of our claims offices are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. At the bottom of this page is a list of our companies and respective phone numbers for claims reporting.

If you have a homeowners claim...

  1. Protect the property from further loss. Make reasonable repairs necessary to protect it. Keep an accurate record of any repair expenses.
  2. Promptly report the claim to us or the insurance company. See the phone numbers below. Report any theft losses to the police as soon as possible.
